Probate and Wills
We provide a fast and efficient service in relation to drafting your Wills. We are also able to provide home visits for those with disabilities for which there is no charge.
Where a person has died, we are able to deal with the application for the Grant of Probate and all matters relating to the administration of the deceased’s estate.
We also have a specialist team that is able to deal with all contentious matters e.g. applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. We can also advise you in relation to the appropriateness of registering a caveat at the Probate Registry if there is a potential claim against the estate.
We also have in-house Solicitor Advocates who are able to represent clients at all stages without the need to instruct a barrister externally.
