Power of Attorney
We assist in the application to the Court of Protection on behalf of a relative or individual who wishes to be appointed as a indiviual's Receiver. This then enables that person to deal with the individual's affairs.
If you have concerns about the capacity of someone you care about to look after their own affairs then contact us. We can provide advice and complete the relevant forms.
We can also assist in the preparation of a Lasting Power of Attorney which has replaced the old Enduring Power of Attorney.
