Childcare
We are specialists in representing parents, children and other relatives where a child has been or may be taken into Local Authority care. This also includes representation in relation to the Local Authority applying for the children to be placed on the ‘At Risk’ Register.
We are members of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Children Panel. We are also able to attend meetings with the Local Authority and/or court proceedings up to and including a final hearing.
We also have in-house Solicitor Advocates who are able to represent clients at all stages without the need to instruct a barrister externally.
