Emma studied Law at the University of Wales, Swansea and was called to the Bar in 2001 and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn. Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2004 before joining R L Edwards as an assistant solicitor in 2004 and a Director in 2005.
Emma is a specilist in child care proceedings involving local authroities. However, following a restructre at R L Edwards Emma now heads the probate and wills department and provides spcecialist advice on elderly client issues, asset protection and estate planning.
In addition Emma specialises in contentious probate and is also a Higher Courts Avocate.
Emma is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Children Panel. Emma is also a member of Resolution. Emma is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Emma is also a fluent Welsh speaker.

Madeline read French and Russian at the University of Birmingham before undertaking the CPE conversion course. Madeline then qualified as a Solicitor in 1999.
Madeline joined R L Edwards in 2000 as an assistant solicitor and became a Director in 2005.
Madeline heads the Matrimonial Department, she practises all aspects of Family and Matrimonial Law and is a member of the Law Society Family Panel and is also a member of Resolution. She also prepares wills and provides advice on asset protection.

Meurig originally studied Psychology at the University of Wales, Cardiff and the University of Bristol. In 2002 Meurig undertook the law conversion course and joined R L Edwards Solicitors in 2002 and qualified as a solicitor in 2005, progressing to the role of Director in the same Year.
Meurig deals with all types of civil litigation and is a specialist employment solicitor, dealing in particularly high profile employment cases. Meurig is both a member of the Employment Lawyers association and the Solicitors Regulation Authority for Higher Rights Panel.
